Electric Guitars and Basses: Veneer on plastic These guards are a single layer of wood veneer epoxy pressed to ABS black plastic. At apx. .090 inch thick, they come with tung oil or unfinished for no extra charges. Gloss lacquer is available for an extra charge. $75-Pickguard (this price may vary for some wood selections or for larger size pickguards like a P Bass style) $15-Backplate $22- 3 Single Coil Pickup Covers with matching veneer. These are black plastic covers with laser cut veneer skins. $15- 3-5 coats of lacquer $15- Lacquer sanded and buffed to a glass like finish $25- Tempate Charge. If ordering a unique pickguard with a custom shape please add $25 to create a template. Multi-Ply These guards are muliple layers of wood veneer epoxy pressed to form a durable plywood. This is topped with your chosen veneer. These pickguards are about .110-.125 inch thick. That's about an 1/8th inch of little less. They come with tung oil or unfinished for no extra charges. Gloss lacquer is available for an extra charge. $95-Pickguard (this price may vary for some wood selections or for larger size pickguards like a P Bass style) $20-Backplate $22- 3 Single Coil Pickup Covers with matching veneer. They are the approximate thickness of most plastic acoustic guards which vary from .030 - .060 inch thick. They come with tung oil or unfinished for no extra charges.
